Don’t just close your eyes and pretend for a few seconds that you are more confident and have greater self-esteem. Instead you must meditate and intensely focus on the sensations, emotions, and energy into visualizing yourself exactly the way you want to be.

List Your Insecurities

The final phase in building your self-esteem is to turn your list of personal insecurities into a bunch of actionable strategies for overcoming them.

Imagine that one of your insecurities is the fact that you don’t feel confident with your current fashion sense; to combat this you would outline the EXACT steps you need to follow in order to fix this problem.

For example, you might consult a stylist or style blog first, then throw out or recycle your old clothes, and then finally buy new ones.

The most important thing here is that you develop a usable strategy for building self-esteem, and that you take action.
